Spouse on title, not on loan

Facts: A young couple bought a house. The qualifier for the house was
the husband, because the wife's credit was bad. Both mortgages are in
the name of the husband only. Title was changed thereafter to joint
tenants (out of love). I am filing a Chapt 7 for the wife only.
Questions: Since the loan is in the name of the husband only, should
the wife state on the "Statement of Intention" Schedule, that she
reafirms the debt, even though the mortgage debt is in the name of the
husband only? I have scheduled the real property in Schedule A,
because of her community interest (joint tenants), but I am
questioning myself whether it is necessary to schedule the secured
creditor (mortgage holders) on Scehdule D, since the loans are only in
the name of the husband. Imput from the panel is appreciated.
