I'm just listening to Leon Bayer being interviewed on KNX 1070 along with some lady from the American Banking Institute (who fervently supports the bill). She keeps saying how this is going to only affect 5% of debtors currently filing. That is such bogus nonsense, but I fear that is what Congress has seized upon to pass this thing.
