Dischargeability of IRS Returns not filed by the taxpayor
The U.S. Bankr. Court has recently ruled that a substitute return by
the IRS qualifies as a filed return for 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(1)(B). See In
re Ridgway, Bankr. D. Conn., No 02-30358.
