Ch. 13 title and mortgage question
Wes said it would be faster if he brought the documents in for me to scan
because otherwise, he has to drive 30 minutes to a friend's business to use
his fax machine. I expect him to be here in about 2 hours because I know
how long the drive is and he still needs to obtain certain bank statements.
Right now, my plan is to scan and email those documents to you, but also,
if it would be easier for him to come to your office, he can do that. I'm
not sure which is the better option in terms of distance and expediency.
Sincerely,

Andy,
See Section 102(2).
"Rental income" might be better received in Riverside than a "contribution from family" for plan feasibility purposes.
Good luck
Peter

However, she is not on the actual mortgage. Will this be in an issue in her 13? She is facing a sale date and would be doing the 13 to cure the arrearage on the home.
