before 12/1/15
We got a hold of the ecf helpdesk and were told it is acceptable to use the
old forms for cases filed before 12/1. I have heard worrying stories from
a cdcbaa member about what happens once you actually file the schedules,
but we'll power through.

The public announcement says only that the forms are effective on 12/1/15
but I cannot find some rule saying whether they are effective for cases
"filed on or after 12/1/15" or what.
